1. Definitions

  • 1.1 "Company" refers to WOLWAY Car Rental Services.
  • 1.2 "Renter" refers to the person or entity renting the vehicle.
  • 1.3 "Vehicle" refers to any automobile rented under this agreement.
  • 1.4 "Agreement" refers to this Terms and Conditions document.

2. Eligibility

  • 2.1 The Renter must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driver’s license.
  • 2.2 International renters must provide a valid passport and an International Driving Permit (IDP).
  • 2.3 The Renter must provide a valid credit card for security deposit purposes.

3. Rental Period & Usage

  • 3.1 The rental period starts from the agreed pickup date and time and ends at the agreed return date and time.
  • 3.2 Late returns will incur additional charges as per the Company's pricing policy.
  • 3.3 The Vehicle must not be used for racing, towing, off-road driving, or any unlawful activity.
  • 3.4 The Renter is prohibited from subleasing the Vehicle to a third party.

4. Rental Charges & Payment

  • 4.1 The Renter agrees to pay the rental charges as per the agreed rate.
  • 4.2 A security deposit is required at the time of rental, which will be refunded upon return of the Vehicle in acceptable condition.
  • 4.3 Additional charges apply for extra mileage, fuel shortages, and damages beyond normal wear and tear.

5. Insurance & Liability

  • 5.1 The Company provides basic third-party liability insurance as required by law.
  • 5.2 The Renter is responsible for any damages, loss, or theft of the Vehicle unless covered under an optional insurance plan.
  • 5.3 The Renter shall bear full liability for accidents caused due to negligence, DUI (Driving Under the Influence), or violation of traffic laws.

6. Fuel Policy

  • 6.1 The Vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as at the time of pickup.
  • 6.2 Refueling charges will apply for any fuel shortages.

7. Breakdown & Roadside Assistance

  • 7.1 The Company offers 24/7 roadside assistance in case of mechanical breakdown.
  • 7.2 The Renter must report any breakdowns or accidents immediately to the Company’s helpline.

8. Traffic Violations & Fines

  • 8.1 The Renter is responsible for all traffic violations, fines, and penalties incurred during the rental period.
  • 8.2 The Company reserves the right to charge the Renter for any fines received after the rental period.

9. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • 9.1 Cancellations made at least 24 hours before pickup are eligible for a full refund.
  • 9.2 Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the booking amount.

10. Termination of Rental Agreement:

  • 10.1 The Company reserves the right to terminate the Agreement and reclaim the Vehicle if the Renter violates any terms.
  • 10.2 No refunds will be provided in case of Agreement termination due to violation.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • 11.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
  • 11.2 Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jodhpur, Rajasthan.

12. Miscellaneous

  • 12.1 The Renter agrees to comply with all applicable traffic and rental laws.
  • 12.2 The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
  • 12.3 By signing this Agreement, the Renter acknowledges and accepts all terms and conditions stated herein.
