1. General Policy

  • 1.1 WOLWAY Car Rental Services ("Company") allows Renters to cancel their reservations, subject to the terms outlined in this policy.
  • 1.2 By making a reservation, the Renter agrees to comply with the cancellation terms and any associated fees.

2. Cancellation Period & Fees

  • 2.1 Free Cancellation: Renters may cancel their reservation free of charge if done within the allowed cancellation period, which is at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
  • 2.2 Late Cancellations: If a reservation is canceled less than 24 hours before the pickup time, a cancellation fee of 100% of the total paid rental cost will be charged.
  • 2.3 No-Show Policy: If the Renter fails to pick up the vehicle without prior cancellation, the full rental amount may be charged, and no refund will be issued.

3. Modification & Early Returns

  • 3.1 Renters may modify their reservation without penalties only if they have opted for cancellation and modification insurance, subject to vehicle availability.
  • 3.2 If a vehicle is returned earlier than the agreed rental period, no refund will be issued for unused days unless otherwise approved by the Company.

4.Force Majeure Exceptions

The Company may waive cancellation fees in cases of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, such as:
  • 4.1 Natural disasters
  • 4.2 Government-imposed travel restrictions
  • 4.3 Serious illness or hospitalization (proof may be required)
